I'm very disgusted about the service I got.Firstly the guy who phoned me for my delivery, was very rude, raising his voice and getting an attitude. I placed my order on the app, and when it comes to the delivery details, you pick the option of current location, and I live in an complex, so it's even easier then. But then the guy wants to call me with an attitude, and tell me what the adress is????Ohh and my order clearly said, paying with cash, that means you should send the guy with change and not with an attitude, I don't have change mxm"Really disappointed in the customer service"

Really thought my updated review would be better.Ordered Pizza online.Arrived at store, and made payment.Confirmed, that all would be in order, with the extras included. ( I was told, we wil confirm all is added and correct)Waited as normal, just again to not receive what was ordered, not even tried to inform me once that they are out of stock of the item.On collecting, asked about it and just got an eish sorry""

What a terrible experience...I used the online ordering to order a pizza, they notified me please collect in 15 minutes after going there 20 minutes later I still had to wait another 20 minutes.So it's not a pre order and collect it should bePre orderWait 15 minutesWait another 20 minutesAnd the finallyCollect!!What a waste of my time, next time I'd rather go to a better place than Romanz Heidelberg

Large pizza had a one centimeter crust with no filling on on the oitside of tge pizza's edge. The filling of the pizzas were as thin as a piece of paper. Not worth the R200 that I paid for the pizzas. Won't go back to spend money on a piece of bread dough. No thanks.

The cashier didn't put our dessert pies on our fist order, so when our food came out my husband went to fetch the pizza and asked about the dessert pies and we got told it wasn't on the bill so we had to place a second order for the dessert pies while we waited our pizza got cold. It wasn't even busy.

Very efficient staff and a clean environment. Pizza's are consistent in quality and there is adequate seating during the non-busy times of the month. Busier times it can be a bit packed with people however really not an issue if you order beforehand via phone.
