I've stopped buying the pizza there. I love Roman's but the one at mall of Tembisa just isn't well prepared. I've bought the bolognese and it just had more raw tomato and onlon that anything, bought the honey mustard chicken and there were more raw green peppers than chicken. They are really stingy with the toppings.I always, always prefer the one at Phumulani mall. I drive an extra distance just to get theirs.

The staff is friendly and you get your pizza fresh. I'm not sure about the turnaround time for placing your order it differs from the quietest days to busiest days.

Yesterday my partner bought 2 large pizzas nd they made him wait for too long apparently they said they burned the other pizza so they have to make another one as a understanding nd patient customer he didn't have a problem he waited. . . Only to find out when he gets home they didn't give him what he ordered he ordered regina nd chillie chicken so instead they gave him bacon nd pineapple pizza after waiting for so long there was only 1 pizza which was correct nd the other pizza was disappointing i took a pic of the pizza i don't know how to attach it to this post

I ordered a pizza at 16h15 i said to them I will be there between 17h10-15 to my surprised they just put the pizza in the oven when I'm there poor service.i think people Who put orders they don't wanna sit and wait for 20 minutes.pls pull up your socks guys.
