After fixing my speakers 4 times for R850 each it still having the same problem everytime I brought it back under supposedly guarantee I had to pay again my tv I fixed only worked 2months just to get the same problem brought it back and had to pay R850 again theres a guy called blessed a very bad technician and their service sucks be careful

Good service from the team. Very fast turnaround time fixing my amp. Had a problem with amp after they fixed it. I took it back, they sorted it and it turned out to be something small I could have done myself. Good customer service and highly recommended

Service unprofessional, took my powered monitor to b fixed, the guy that helped said R200 must b paid up front only to find out after waiting over a month and nothing has been done, that u have to pay the full amount quoted before they'll fix it. Phoned their place several times but the nr wasn't working, No communication from there side as well, finally monitor was fixed and they somehow replaced the speaker out" output and a normal jack can't even fit in it... so I need to replace that again."

Worst service ever,after numerous phone calls in more then three months eventually I received my amp without its bag casing. Nicky(receptionist)unhelpfull always excuses and Blessing(tech) promised one week it ended up 3 months later R1600. Owner(unorganized)did the job but I won't go back even if you paid me
