Serenity Clinic

I'm close friends with a patient, and over the past few days contact with clinic has been minimal due to not answering any calls. I've left over 20 missed calls in the past 3 days. On the Whatsapp line there is barely any response. In a time where a patients health could be compromised, I find it very irresponsible when the only line of contact is inefficient. If you want better service, I'd possibly recommend a better clinic, with better communication
