This was the worst experience of my life. I bought a xbox one and waited about 2 weeks before they said we can come and fetch it. They dont even keep contact with you. And after waiting to receive the xbox we had it for a month and it just stopped working. We went to give ir back and they took 4 weeks without any contact from them. Every time we wanted to know where it is they had a different story they kept saying they will call us but nothing. We had to call them ourselves. After 4 weeks of waiting i am sure they did not do anything to the xbox we went to fetch it and it was still exactly the same. Then finally after that they gave me my money back. I will NEVET EVER again buy anything at cash crusaders ermelo. The service is pathethic.

I was very much disappointed when they told me to remove my cap, i've been to many cash crusaders around gauteng and they never informed me to remove my cap or spoty. They should concentrate on selling their products not on how i dressed

The workers are vibrant n u get anything u need i git my laptop there can u blv it

Service has improved a great deal. When your items expire, you do not only get a reminder call but also 2 days allowance.

Terrible Management, that rude short guy in the back made me stand for an hour with a faulty laptop I wanted to return which I bought 3 days back and I didn't want cash back in case the Jew aS thanking that, I wanted to add and buy another laptop...... wish I was still in Durban coz the other guys here take us for whatever they take us for yet they are the ones working for someone.

I have always enjoyed buying anything I can get from this store. However, today I was disappointed after I visited the store to purchase something and only to be told of a different price than what was labelled on the item, when I got to the pay point. I tried explaining my situation to the store manager but they were rude. They could not even understand where I was coming from, you cannot put one price on the item then indicate a different one when one gets to the till point. I am not sure if I will ever go back to the store because of how they treated me today.

Service is very poor and clients have to wait for more than an hour to be helped by staff. Very poor service
