The staff is very efficient and they made an effort to accommodate my needs. I had to travel on the day I booked my appointment. Once I communicated this with the boss, they prioritised me and managed to braid my hair in just 4 hours which I really appreciated. They also did an excellent job in terms of quality. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I came for a soak off and received the worst service. As someone who thought I’d be a loyal customer the woman who did my nails had the worst attitude. She broke my nails, soaked them in cold water and didn’t even bother taking the gelish and tips off correctly. She spent more time on her phone than doing the actual job. I’m so so disappointed I used to love coming here and everyone else has been pretty much lovely when I go there. She made this particular experience awful, would not recommend.

One thing about this guys is that they so affordable and neat place i love neat people saw they doing braids and cleaning at the same time. I enjoyed the coffee they offered me never the less the free wifi i enjoyed too. I recommend any one that love clean salon to go at levelsonicesalon

I loved the high quality customer service, it was my first time to be offered juice at a hair salon. The lady who did my braids is very good, I was impressed and she does it very quick. Will definitely frequent Levels On Ice. Keep up the good work and the standards.
