What a horrible experience buying a property from this crowd. All commitments broken. Buyer and seller were both very unhappy and all the promises and statements made were not delivered on.He also stated he was taking on a caretaker to his expense for 6 months. This was also a lie. Once the property deal was over no reply, no promises to call back and everything was personal excuses yet he supposed to have staff to make sure all went well.I would never buy another property from these guys. NEVER.

Rented a nice apartment from them. But don't expect them to get your deposit back a) in a timely fashion or b) in its entirety. Poor communication and after countless clear and direct emails demanding my deposit back, they transferred an amount less than the deposit then never replied to my follow ups. If not for the nice apartment in camps bay then I'd have given this one star.
