I would like to sincerely thank two of the drivers, Georgina and Elaine, on the Fishoek line who stopped the train because my little dog was on the track at Clovelly. She sat on the line and would not move as the train ran over her. Luckily she survived without a scratch! The kindness of the drivers who stopped and showed concern while we looked for her was heart warming. Luckily she had popped out and was 100% fine.Thank you, lovely ladies, you were true hero’s and I will always be eternally grateful for your quick reactions and kindness. Shona MacDonald

Was at Shosholoza Meyl Polokwane Station today. Ticket staff only showed face when I called the emergency number at the front desk. I think the lady is tired of explaining that the service is not running. If I could give no star, I would.
