Service needs to improve to make this place worth a detour.Everything is great.But!Already there is a but. The owner is a great guy that takes control of situations and makes sure that clients are comfortable.It is a beautiful place and has lots of potential.I am giving this place a chance.

If one thought there are arrogant people with passion in this world, wait until you meet Steve Mola, the owner of this Lodge. Last Friday, my friends and I booked in this Lodge, for what was supposed to be two nights. Arrived there exhausted after midnight and assisted by this lady Mabatho. The rooms we were given were upside down - disgustingly dirty toilets, bathrooms, towels, linens & couches, indicating that people who were there before us were making out everywhere in the rooms. There were no tissues or paper towels, hand soaps, shower gel and lotions in the bathrooms. The tea cups were dirty and dustbins were not sorted out. In some rooms, we found dirty pads. The breakfast and utensils were also a disaster. All these for R1900 per night. Well the place is beautiful outside and the pictures did not lie but the service is so poor and ladies who are working there are also not presentable and definitely have no necessary training for that type of service.When we kindly lodged a complain to the owner, this Steve Mola, we were told that we are those typical black people who don't want to see local businesses flourishing with our ridiculous complains. The guy told us that we were supposed to take the ownership and cleaned for ourselves rather than unnecessarily complaining. In 2 minutes, he told us everything about his other businesses where he hired only white people, that he even owns mines and he is also an ANC politician and none of his businesses will ever fall. From there he went on and shouted his stuff in our presence. That was awful experience! What an arrogant human being! From all these we still paid full R1900 room/night. I am so disappointed in some of our local business owners. How do we continue to support you with all these despicable arrogance, inhumane & lack of proper service and treatment?For our 2nd night, we booked in Lekolokoto Lodge, & the service there was excellent & just for R500/night

The venue has beautiful views, the service was good & the food was great. Definitely will be back here again

Rooms are great but the service is extremely poor and food was bad. Needed to braai for ourselves.
