Piet Retief CBD, never answers the phone and everytime I order delivery takes longer. Never less than an hour and a half wait. Unacceptable!!!

Extremely poor service! Waiting over an hour for a delivery. Can't get hold of anybody . Phones don't work. Customer care can't help. Avoid if possible. And pizza was cold

If it was possible I wouldn't give them even one star. Placed a big order. The ladies who work there are rude in person and over the phone. Been waiting for my order which I placed on the app for the past 3 hours now. I called 7 time and when I finally got through, they kept cutting my call. So unprofessional. I called again and they promised to deliver with 15min, its been 3 hours 40minutes now.

We placed an order at 5:20pm online. Got an sms that our order was accepted etc. I never tried to phone in before 7:00pm because it's lockdown and we know they're busy. When i tried to phone and find out where our order was, they were closed and no pick up from any manager. I went online to check my order status and it said completed". No one ever phoned to say they won't be able to deliver our order and just said the order was completed. This was very very bad service

Bad bad service don't bother yourself by going to this debonairs you will wait for a whole hour, was so annoyed I even asked if could I get my money back, asked for the Manger she came to me and after waiting for a whole hour she said they will give it to me if it wasn't for the manager I think I would still be waiting anyways Debonairs please have more staff members just make a plan because this is unacceptable whatsoever I can't wait for pizza for a whole hour, sad thing is I was traveling to Pongola so I actually arrived late because of the 1 hours pizza if this isn't fixed then I think you won't have any more customers cause wow this is unacceptable at all so many people were waiting, I left people who ordered before me ( could have not given this a start but I can't.

Very bad customer service they never answer their phone calls and this is the second time placing an order and it took forever I'm wondering if it really gonna gets here. I've guests spent R400 for the order. You guys you don't appreciate us. Maybe it's because it's Branch here in Piet Retief it sucks.
