My daughter (6yo) and I stopped to wash the bakkie, she had to go to the bathroom, I had no options but to go to the available bathroom. We found the bathroom to be extremely dirty. The car wash or garage employees that occupied the bathroom was extremely aggresive when we knocked. Not sure if they were sleeping that we disturbed or not. In front of my daughter the individual said he will clap me. This is extremely upsetting. I don't have a name as the individual only had a blue T shirt on, no name tag but clealry looked like the car wash employees. I'd be happy to come back and point him out.

Pump attendant was outright rude and ended up being aggressive, escalated to management via phone call. Promised it would be taken up with employee. Never received any form of feedback. Obviously 7 years of loyalty and thousands of Rands means nothing to them...ADD: note the response from owner below... I sent them all the details and it has been weeks and no reply.... just window dressing nothing else. They don't give an ounce about poor service...

They offered to repair a nail in my tyre, hours after I had agreed to the same offer at Engen OR Tambo! Engen's all over gauteng are getting a reputation for this, not in a good way. Be careful if the attendant offers to remove a nail, they normally sting you for about R100 on a private, side deal, whilst you might not have a nail at all.

During the washing process my car got scratched by a nozzle on one of the hoses. When I showed the manager he told me I am a liar and its is impossible that my car could have been scratched and that it is anyway not his problem that my car got damaged while washing at the car wash that he manages. The manager was extremely rude and the staff where extremely rough while washing. It sounded like they where banging my car with a hammer while washing.

Employees at the the car wash are some of the most rude workers I've encountered in a very long time. Never greet you, never smile, never make eye contact and seem to hate every second of being employed at Gerhaldo car wash. Cleaning of the vehicle also quite mediocre when taking into consideration the money spent.I have had situations where I was given much less change by the cashier in the shop as well, and they seldomly give receipts.Overall I have had more bad experiences than good ones in the past. Hence my poor rating.
