Be careful of this guy, you will see he cant look you in the eyes, he told me it would cost around R5 000 to fix my vehicle, ended up with a bill of more than R20 000 while I waited to get my car another client had an argument with him because he charged him for a brand new alternator on his car when he took the vehicle to another mechanic they took the alternator from the vehicle and showed him its not new, he promised the guy he will refund him I don't know if it happened. The engine light on my vehicle came back on 2 days after he fixed it I took my vehicle to someone else to get it fixed properly even though he has a one year warranty I knew he would say it was something else. I paid R3500 for the exact same job he charged more than R20 000 for.

What an honest, hardworking, professional, and affordable establishment. Andy and his team went out of the way to help us on a budget repair our BMW. Will definitely be coming back to do all my servicing here. Much more affordable then dealership and I feel that a small owner operated establishment can be trusted for quality work over a dealership ran by staff, supervisors and managers who don't always care about customer service and quality work. Just their paycheck.

Have established my relationship with this mechanic when I had my BMW. Andy is extremely knowledgeable, honest, affordable, and goes above and beyond to make sure your car is 100%. Even now after selling my BMW I still come to him for all my car service and repairs. Highly recommended.

I ended up paying R850 for a ‘Diagnosis’ that the guy still couldn’t tell me exactly what’s wrong with my BMW. He Sadie I should start off with R5k for Vanos (which was not the issue) and once he carries on that I should keep R15k aside because it could be some other things aswell.I eventually took the car to another BMW mechanic who said it was the oil pump.Werkstatt basically took my R850 and diagnosed with incorrect info. And we’re prepared to make me spend more on an issue they were not sure off and making me aware that I would need to put aside more money. They should of atleast given my money back if they did not know what’s wrong with the car still.

I had a very bad experience here the manager was rude & unfriendly & I was ripped off .I was charged R650 diagnostic fee my problem wasnt resolved & re occurred when I asked for my money back I was refused & was told the R650 was for the 5 min diagnostic job .Very disappointed I went to the vw garage and they diagnosed it immediately without cost as they knew what the lit up symbol meant . I hate being taken advantage of & kindness costs nothing .

Took our vehicle for a water leak, and asked for a quote on service. Fixed the water leak and did the service without the go ahead for the service. R5000 later, Car came back with an oil leak, which they looked at and said he doesn’t want to fix it cause the car is too old. Had a very unprofessional way of dealing with clients that have already spent a fortune there and willing to pay to fix the damage done. Shocking. Since when is a car too old to fix an oil leak?

Andy went deep into our problem which we had been led to believe by others was a potentially very costly replacement of a large section of the exhaust system on our 2000yr SLK.The result was that he not only found a different cause of the problem, he then proceeded to patiently and thoroughly fix at a much lower cost than feared. We were very happy with his attention, experience, communication and resolution of our unusual issue.Thanks Andy we will be back for the next service!
