The best doggy daycare and lodging service any owner could ask for, prefessional, friendly staff!

My baby was bitten by another dog at this facility. He required 12 stitches because of it. Firstly I was informed via a text message which down played the entire incident, secondly after receiving the message that he was at the emergency hospital, i could not reach the facility to enquire about the extent of his injuries and had to contact the hospital for details. Thirdly i was told that fights are sometimes an occurrence that does happen and these incidents do happen. It seemed as if the priority for the facility was if the owner of the other dog would pay for the bills as if this would take priority for me instead of giving me information about the extent of his injuries. All I can tell people is that if your baby means as much to you as mine does to me, then remember that it takes one devastating incident to regret leaving them in the care of people who think incidents like this can occasionally happen under their watch. If i could give them a zero rating, then I gladly would!!

The most wonderful doggy daycare! Our Cocker Spaniel Bentley loves it there. He is well looked after and they provide an excellent service.
