Seriously the worst service you can get!!!! Complaining the whole month about bad signal, phoned 6 times and every time the same promise, we sending a technician. A month later almost and no technician pitched but still the bill is on time!!!!!!

They do not uphold their end of the contract. Days and weeks of no contact and only responds when extreme measures are taken and numerous threats. I’ve never heard so many empty promises and changed stories from a service provider. They do not value their clients.

I phoned yesterday about their packages and first their lines were so weak I couldn't tell if I was talking to a man or woman, when I asked about pricing they said a salesperson would call me back I should leave my number, I did so and asked them to call me ASAP because I am running out of my current internet and need installation very quickly as I need internet for my work, it's the next day in the afternoon and I still haven't received any phone call.... very poor service, clearly they don't need new clients

Ten drops of rain..no internet..Sparrow flying past antenna. .no Internet. .reporting to supplier is met with..let me look into it and call you back. .which never happens..calling them again they just dont answer the phone..think it's just time to look for another supplier..

I have had great service up to a week ago. Disappointed at the fact that these people just don't get back to you when you have problems and log tickets. For a week now I have struggled and will not be renewing my contract or suggesting them to anyone. Very disappointing

OH GOSH, do they take their precious time to provide you with a service you are supposed to may for. They also request for all your documentation as if they are about to give you a loan. ITs internet, if someone doesn't pay you can cancel it. And considering the reviews here these people really need to improve this service or just fire that guy who doesn't get back to clients. So annoying. Anyway, we are still waiting for them to come install the internet. We are definitely cancelling thanks!
