My cat was not put on my flight, people at the depot in Cape town did not care at all, I begged them when her flight landed for them to go get her and they just ignored me, two hours later they went and finally brought her to me. She had been left in her crate on the tarmac from what I was told. Will never use them again.

Staff helpful and friendly but the setting is really poor for animals. You have to navigate busy cargo trucks and irritated people and then when you get your dog, they're in this tiny area of a massive noisy cargo warehouse where there's constantly noise and clatter. Worst environment for a stressed animal coming off a flight.
