First off, there is a lot of room for improvement. This is not a bad thing. I cannot say the experience was top notch and at the level of service that it could be and is also not yet at that of level matching its competitors. I do notice slow improvement, and I cannot say I am dissapointed but I don't drive off with a smile on my face or feeling as if it was effortless for me to go here. I think that some focus should be put on the staff and that includes management taking a lead in both setting an example and focusing more on team building and encouragement of their employees. It is not difficult to pick up an overall lack of energy. Yet all of the staff are nice, respectful and know what they are doing- hence their efficiency is not lacking. But , there is a type of energy that seems low- like a combination of exhaustion, slight apathy and like it takes more effort than necessary to perform. I stand corrected, but I feel that the mood needs to be lifted and I believe that management needs to step up here and make sure that each employee is acknowledged, motivated, treated well and feel happy to work there. Looking forward to see the improvement. Service is good. Energy is lacking. It is a monotone experience and sometimes I feel the need to lift the staff's spirit. Which is not my job.

One of the cleanest garages in Somerset West. Always open, and always friendly. The police and security guards use this as a base so it’s always safe.Not advisable to walk around in the main road.

Very convenient fuel station for its location. Staff are always friendly and welcoming, sometimes there are only two staff member on the forecourt when its busy and it can become very frustrating. As for the shop I have been disappointed on many occasions when walking in expecting to find a pie and there are no pies available, it will be very helpful to bake pies for all the people on thier way home at night, especially after comming from work or the club. When you ask for a manager, then there is never one available. Please sort your pie issues out.

Great service, and amazing coffee!

Have my car wash here regularly, but lately, service is really slow, go here this morning for a quick was, 1 car in front of me, a hour later, and the only thing hey have done is wash the outside, my car sat under the carport for 30min, only one person working, called the manager, now we have 3 ppl working, the obvious problem is lack of management. Think I will move to shell from now on.

Someone else said this was the worst garage in the Helderberg to fill up at, and I have to agree. The night-shift staff (those who are there around 3-4am) are the most rude people I have encountered. That's when they are awake and not sleeping on the job. I would be EXTREMELY embarrassed if I were the owner/manager. The ENGEN down the road is brilliant and I will never ever set foot in this place again. How staff conduct themselves and treat clients is APPALLING!

Refused to sell LP Gas to me after 17:00, are you kidding? Poor management.

Best Car Wash Ever!The staff member told us the car will take 35 minutes to wash (inside and outside) and we got back into our car 35 minutes later.Thank you for the great service!

Probably my favourite garage, only ever use another garage if i have no other option. All the staff are friendly,one who stands out, Siya, if i remember correctly, who is always willing to go the extra mile with regards to anything. Reason for this post though is that the Past 3 days for some reason there have been almost no staff, leaving ppl waiting a very long time?Unfortunate because 2 can only do so much and the ppl get angry at them when it's really not there fault. Waiting 15 mins for petrol does feel like a lifetime though. But as i said, great garage, just wondering why the short staff...
