Seriously need to work on customer service.Called during the week and was transferred around and put on hold (to 4 different people). Decided to go in-store on Saturday morning only to be told would need to go to the Salt River branch. This could have easily been indicated on the phone.Also found that on entering the store, the person at cash point completely ignored that a customer had arrived.Not a very helpful or welcoming experience overall.

The service I receive here is consistently poor. There seem to be a lot of employees but the attitude of them all is extremely unhelpful. More than once, I have had trouble paying by card here, instead of apologising for their out of date card machine they act like it's my Discovery Bank visa card that is the problem. That is, if there is anyone at the desk to take my money, usually the cashier is busy eating outside or yelling at another staff member or conversing with one. God help the customer who wants to buy something at this dismal place, management have obviously given up or 'customer service' isn't in their vocabulary.

Tellers can be a bit more friendly but overall very friendly and good service especially the yard staff.

They mark the paint incorrectly. Really frustrating when you're running a business and buy a specific colour and get to the cleint and its another colour. We've had to return twice to get the correct paint.We were left with time spent on a job that we could not bill for and a client that thinks we're incompetent.Stoep Paint marked as Grey was GREEN and DTM paint marked and Charcoal that ended up being SILVER.Overall this took R1960+ directly out of our pockets. 4 hours spent back and forth purchasing and returning items that we could not bill for.

Terribly rude cashier at the door based on multiple interactions. Lacks basic courtesy. The rest of the staff friendly and helpful.

Good serviceDid not have suitable saw to cut 3.6m plank in half to fit in car (should have taken the bakkie)

Walking distance from Planet Africa makes it very easy to not have to find parkimg etc. Quick and friendly service by all staff. Great shop

Wish the telephone operators knew how to operate their phone calls so one can actually get through to them...
