Took 1 day to repair my dishwasher....they can come to you as well ...bergens repairs wanted to charge me 4600 bosch dishwasher, same job for 2200....

Forget about thinking about a time that suits you. I asked for a specific afternoon, called on the day and was told they are coming. No show. To get them out it was totally at the convenience of the technician, he gives a very approximate time, you have no choice. Called and asked to speak to service manager, was told they dont give out his details, he will call me. Needless to say no call. If you want to spend your life sitting around waiting for them to come then go ahead and try your luck.

Overall Siemans/Bosch have outdone themselves-their certified installers not so much. Recommend if you have a Hob glass plate to replace or repair speak to Siemans directly, they seriously know their stuff. Special mention to Ashleigh and especially Lyle who went above and beyond, to get things sorted eventually.

Very happy to say that they go out of their way to help. Did not have stock for my coffee machine but offered to order it from Germany. Now they even offered to test the machine and fit the PC. Thank you

Called the service centre wanting some advise on a small issue. Pushed from pillar to post. Was transferred to a technician but was told he probably won’t answer and was given his direct number. He never answered. The operator eventually said she’d send him an email with my contact details. I never heard from him. Eventually I had no choice but to book a callout which cost me R650. The guys were here for 5 minutes. Shocking service!

I have NEVER had such efficient and friendly service. Never! From the moment I phoned to see if there was stock to the moment I walked away with my spare part. Not only are Bosch appliances extremely reliable, but their after sales service is impeccable. Thank you to the two ladies that helped me on the phone and then at the parts ordering desk. You are fantastic!
