Thyme Wellness Spa and Guesthouse

My boyfriend and I went for a spa weekend away to spoil ourselves. It was one of the most amazing weekends I have ever spent away from home! A few of our highlights were that we had a private dinner that was prepared and served by an amazing private chef (who makes burgers that are out of this world) that works there.We had amazing Gin cocktails created by the same chef mentioned above that caused a ton of speculation regarding its contents with me and my boyfriend.The reception lady is out of this world phenomenal and she really ensured our stay was as perfect as could be, even with our 4000 questions.The magic hands of the outstanding beauticians that took us on a soul changing massage journey on our first day.And ofcourse the creative and knowledgeable stylist who took care of my hair, really was the cherry on top of our weekend. Did not expect to be able to get everything done there in a weekend but was amazing that we could!If you're looking for a one stop pamper palace, I would really suggest coming here.

Beautiful rooms that are in immaculate condition. We had the honeymoon suit. Friendly staff! Not too much variety for breakfast but it was enough to fill us up. Difficult to work the jacuzzi

We arrived 15 minutes late for the spa treatment, was subpar not relaxing at all.Thought we could go to our room after, but no it wasn't ready. So they advised we have lunch while we wait.And wait we did.The beef burger was filled with gristle. Had to leave to buy food elsewhere. Once we finally complained about the poor service a manager came and advised that the room was STILL not ready on account of us requesting two single beds. That information was relayed to them days before our arrival.When we emailed them after to advise that the service was poor; instead of us going straight to writing a bad review; their response was complete denial of the experience making excuse after excuse. Apparently the manager came to take us on a tour of the facility...nice way to spin the fact that the manager came due to a complaint and we had no interest in a tour and she merely assisted us with parking and a smoking area.They clearly have no intention to improve, which is fine because we have no intention to return. The rooms were clean though,but the gown's are old, hard and stained.

We recently did a half day spa at Thyme and absolutely LOVED it. Their facilities are clean and beautiful, staff are welcoming and warm. And the food was next level. Definitely want to go back for another spoil!

I have used their services a few times to get a massage. The place is conveniently located 2km from my home, and offers a welcoming atmosphere. The massage rooms are well equipped and clean. Staff are really experienced and always do a good job. I would highly recommend them for your next massage. Unfortunately I haven't made use of any of the other services offered so will not comment thereon.

Treated my wife to a spa treatment and lunch and it was top drawer! The facilities have expanded significantly and the staff are as professional and accommodating as ever. The gentleman that hosted us needs a bonus :)

Thanks to all the guesthouse and spa ladies for my spoil this weekend. You made my stay really special by making me feel so at home and welcome. I enjoyed all my spa treatments. A special thank you to Bongi for my vip treatment as well as to chef for my delicious meals. I will definitely be back soon.

We stayed for a week, 1 morning the lady cleaning our room walked in, without knocking on the door, we were stylish laying in bed, she said sorry but keep talking to us. Then the last night we lost power at 6 pm, I called for help because it was not loadshedding, there was no answer, we finally got electricity back at 6:36am. I sleep with a cpap, so I lost the whole night's sleep, the only response we received was sorry, so I would say the stay was extremely sorry. Find somewhere else to stay in CT. We will not be back.Thank you.

Best sleep I’ve had in my life! The staff were so friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was incredibly calming. Woke up to the smell of an amazing breakfast and was treated like a queen
