Disgusting, one staff member handed the lady serving us my ice cream and she hit it with her hand and gasped and looked to see if I saw then she moved away from the window , the other staff member didn't realise that I saw what happened and tried to give me the same ice cream, she was shocked when I told her I don't want that one I saw what happened to it , she never apologized she just got me another one. You can't trust them, if they can do that then God knows what happens behind closed doors.

Night shift staff is slow there were busy talking about the National shutdown and laughing while our food was ready and packed and they were packing other people's order while we're at the window waiting for our order in the Drive-thru.After sometime one women took our order from the table and gave it to us she didn't even apologize for wasting our time

I am absolutely disgusted with the bluff drive thru, we had went this morning to purchase two tall cappuccinos and the cream on the top was made with fresh cream which was rotten and disgusting. We tried mixing it in thinking it would melt but it turned the coffee sour and chunky. This is realllllly not on.

Cappuccino machine always broken. If you manage to get the cappuccino its half a cup and cold af. It’s 6h42 as Im typing this but this McDonald is closed.

It was extremely slow for the few cars that were there. Too many people standing by the window of collection because their order was not correct. This created delays. Food was good

Pathetic service, went to buy coffee and a muffin before taking a family member to work. Got to Macdonald's drive through, placed our order and was told that the machine was cleaning and it would take 7 minutes. We opt to wait cause we had enough time. We process to the pay window, only to repeat our order attest 5 times, till she finally got it. We paid and she said the machine was still cleaning and it would take an additional 7 minutes. Once again we opted to wait. When we got to the collection window, that's when it all went wrong .... they gave us our Blueberry muffin and told us the machine was still cleaning, it's got 1min and 24secs, the lady closed the window and the wait began. A Worker comes out the building and tells us that the machining is taking time. It's going to be 1 min 24 secs, in a irritably voice. Whilst another Worker closers the window and burglar. At this point it been 5 mins, with no response. My boyfriend knock on the window where the irritable lady comes back and tell us that we told it's going to take 7 mins. She then tell and shows my boyfriend it has 1 min 24 sec left. This is now 15minutes from the time the order was placed. My boyfriend watches the timer on the machine, only to realize that it's actually 1hour and 24 minutes. He called the lady to tell her, she insist it's 1min 24secs. He proved her wrong by using his phone stopwatch. We asked for refund and we had to wait for another 10 minutes, they had no care in the world that we were getting late.
