Wanted to pay for only one item after I had bought my groceries already and discovered I left something out, cashiers said they don't take cash. I told them I can swipe they said they are only scanning. Mind you I don't buy at jumbo more often, the least they could have done was explain not to assume I knew what that meant. The reason I say they is because it was two different tills same occasion. Am not generalizing. It would be nice if some of them can value customers equally

Very friendly staff and tidy warehouse. But can't find anyone to assist in finding products. Also if a customer receives discount, why must I leave current till to go to other que to get discount, why not get system to program discount while I'm paying. Time consuming.

The range of product is good and always good selection of specials weekly at good prices. I have received excellent service from buyers when I required stock not on shelves and my ongoing thanks to Mark for his excellent service and discount on bulk purchases. Just one note of warning check before going that it's not Stockvel" as the ques are just impossible."

Since the makro takeover or partnership prices have gone up significantly, i used to buy baby products in bulk here but now the prices are the same as Pnp and clicks. It's becoming clearer to just use those other stores as they have discount and loyalty programs with store cards.

Very poor customer service especially when you have a stokevel. They ask for IDs when you're taking groceries but dont ask for them when paying money.... nxaaaa. We had to wait for people to bring then from home. We waited for more than 4hours to be saved....Very poor customer care....We only got 420 discount on a grocery of 35 000. Nxaaaaaa useless. Goal and boxer are much better!!!
