While on holiday in the Kruger National Park I developed a gear-change problem and booked my Suzuki Vitara in at Produkta in Nelspruit. I'm the sort of little old lady who would have to take on trust anything a motor mechanical told me, and I feared a very costly repair, with possibly a couple of days' stay in Nelspruit. The friendly and efficient service I received at Produkta amazed me! From Melody, who greeted me by name when I arrived, to Elvis, who drove me to a mall, promised to fetch me if I phoned to say I was lost or scared, put my perishables into a fridge for me, to Basil, the competent and honest mechanic who set my car to rights in the space of a few hours - Produkta's staff were outstanding and transformed a potentially awful experience into a real feel-good one!
