Intimate and friendly with a very good in-store range, knowledgeable staff and competitive pricing. Capable of ordering items that are not immediately on hand. . Perfectly suited to basic DIY needs and a clear competitor to the larger franchise located nearby with adequate parking and a more relaxed and personal atmosphere.

I got just what I was looking for at a price I could afford. As I walked. In I approached a lady asked if she coukd help me, told her what I was looking for, took me straight to where it was picked up one and asked if that was what I needed, I said yes thankyou, took me too the cashier I paid for it and she even carried it to my car and placed it in the car for me. It was lighter than a 2.5kg pkt of sugar. Now thats what I call good service with a smile.
