Apparently went into liquidation July/August 2019. Now trading as Bed Warehouse utilizing same website and some of the same landline Telephone Numbers. Warranties are disregarded and worth nothing.

Not impressed at all. Had me running from pillar to post. Staff seem helpful, however I cannot deal with incompetence. Ended up using another vendor.
