Driver was very rude. Unprofessional.He took us to OR to board another bus but the rudness was at its best. Everyone was surprised. It was my first time with this driver. The others are very nice and professional. What a bad trip from linseria to OR. Thanx to the one that was driving us from OR to Nelspruit.

I tried to make a booking and specifically gave them date and time and my booking was confirmed with the price of the trip just to be told later that there was no bus on the specific date and it was blamed on miss understanding and a unknown schedule change. I then asked for a earlier date on the whatsapp line but got no reply ever after they wer online. For me the incompatance and lack of knowledge of the trip schedule and that they confirmed my booking and price just to say its a no go is very unprofessional. I will book with someone els from now on.

Received phone calls from 09:45 saying the driver is waiting, when the shuttle was scheduled to leave at 10:30. Driver was absolutely rude and unprofessional upon arrival. This was my definitely my last Limetime trip, thanks.

I have been using Limetime to travel to Gauteng for the past 2 yearsToday is my last time. First it was the lady in the office wgen I called to let thèm know that I am on my way but running late she was rude and then was rude as wellI am going to post this on hellopeter and twitter, We cannot have transport services staff being rude to patrons, We pay for the services. I am really disappointed and quite angry with what transpired today

Supposed to be at my destination by 17h30.. now it is 17h10 and just passed Witbank. This is unacceptable because the delay was on you. We waited in the sun at OR Tambo for another vehicle. My day plan is jinxed as a result
