I have been taking my cars BMW 3 series Mercedes CLK and SL to Jacques Workshop for over a year now. I find him and his staff to be very professional, polite and ever so helpful. Their prices are very competitive and their workmanship excellent. My experience at his place is actually better than some of the dealerships (Mercedes Benz) I have been to. So far so good, Jacques is very knowledgeable and very professional. He is thorough, they still have my Toyota Corolla with its exhaust cam shaft seized due to a clogged oil pump, but I am holding thumbs he can sort it out and not be too costly.
