Don't go to this bookstore. The staff are so rude. The service is appalling and almost every request has a response of we don't have that here". This store is a clear reason why the Van Schaik chain is dwindling out of business. Spend your money at the Cedar store instead."

Very bad experience , bought a book and had to return within 10 days. Never done as the supervisor had to seek advice on return process. Went in today after I had to phone more times than I can remember now. Today I am told that I need to fill a form for head office to refund. I was not happy as with fraud I do not give my banking details to anyone. Then I was asked for my bank statement which I wad never told to bring. Why my bank statement this is odd. I paid cash so why was I not refunded cash. Oh as for your receipts please put ink as you cannot see what you bought. I am disgusted at the service I received.
