BEWAREEdit: Please don't mention that you're going to contact us to resolve this matter further. We both know you have absolutely no intention to, so please stop deceiving the public.Overpriced for what you get. Landlords are more interested in lining their pockets over investing in the space. Opportunistic extortion on tenants - we were furnished quotes to improve their windows and external doors. As a tenant of 5 years bringing in a over R80,000 in revenue across 4 spaces we occupied at the building, we were met with an increase of 25% on rental price during the lockdown period which is pretty disgusting. Furthermore, no regard for provisioning any backup or support against load shedding, we were required to install an inverter (also at R60,000) which the greedy landlords have now claimed as their own. They also kept R11,000 for painting and polyfilling 4 holes"

Great open and relaxed space for the creative. Great rental pricing. They also have a small but yet convenient cafe serving fairtrade coffee and tea and some snacks with a pre order organic office meals from R175 per week. You also get 5% back on purchases just ask to be added.
