I got the CCTV system from Security Perth. I also got the whole system installed from them. Chloe helped me with all the Admin process and was very informative and resourceful. Jon's team did an amazing job with the installation. They talked me through whole process, suggested various options on placement of Cameras and inducted me thoroughly on the systems. I am a very happy with the service so far.

I got the alarm and camera system installed for my home with Perth Security. Aaron and Jordan were very professional. When I encountered a problem with my cameras Matthew and Nicky were very quick to help me resolve my issues. Excellent to deal with.Matt facilitated a very competitive quote to install and upgrade additional CCTV and NVR connected Door Intercom to an existing Hikvision install. Really helped selecting the right options and Equipment.Installation by Jon was excellent, clean, great attention to detail on placement, install, focus, light levels\sensors and configuration on a complex install. Great technical knowledge in reconfiguring the sensors and alarming on both the existing and new equipment.Cannot speak highly enough of their work.

From the moment I contacted Callum from Security Perth, I have received the best service. We have had a really bad experience over the past 18 months as our security system got damaged when we did our renovations. We then had 3 different companies try to give us a band aid solution and selling us stuff worth $$$ - none of them worked. Today we have had Aaron and Jordan installing a brand-new CCTV system. They have been so helpful and patient to explain on how to use the app and all cameras were fitted professionally including setting up the recording device and testing it. FANTASTIC PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. TECHNICAL HELP IS THE BEST WE HAVE COME ACROSS. Nicky was the first point of call for help with Failed System. We Booked Aaron the tech to visit the business. He was the most helpful guy we have ever come across. Technical skills with people skills not heard of in Perth.He stuck with it and got it sorted. Amazing guy.Would recommend this company as your first point of call.

As I'm fairly busy of late, I contacted Security Perth via email for a quote on having CCTV installed. Everything from then on was 1st class. They were quick to reply, happy to customize what I needed, installation team where amazing, very clean, quick and arrived when they said. If I had to be picky, the training on how to use the product could have been a little more BUT, the install team where happy to answer any questions (I didn't think of any at the time), and when I phoned the office as I couldn't access a menu, the help was amazing. So, all in all, I think other businesses in Perth should learn something from these guys. Big thank you to Chloe as well... Thank you!
