Bordjiesrif Picnic Site and Tidal Pool
One of the nicer spots in the Cape Point Nature reserve. You get to see a lot of seagulls, experience high winds and a fairly stony beach. Get your picnic basket, sit down and enjoy the surroundings. Watch out for the scavenging seagulls.

The Cape point National park is a place that shouldn't be missed when visiting Cape town. Historical sites as well the abundance of a large variety of floral. Bordjiesrif is just one of the beaches to admire and enjoy. Picnic spots and braai areas on a long stretch alongside the water.

Lovely tidal pool to swim and enjoy the scenery of powerful mountains and endless sea, with a picnic area and rocks nearby. On my journey to dip into each tidal pool, each one is as beautiful as the last one - they’re all incredible. Someone said one had an octopus in it once…curious…

Superb place to spend the day with family and friends. Safe, and the tidal pool was amazing. Even in a windy day in cape town, there was little to no wind. Had a braai and relaxing time. Enjoy the wild life whiles there. Entry fee payable.

Amazing tidal pool however the tidal pool wall should be cleant and the rocks removed its a real danger when some people dive.Come early before 7 to get a nice spot and parking close to the spot. Overall its amazing for a day out with the family
