Pathetic service and false advertising. I needed prints done on edible paper. I have been messaging them since Thursday and I was told that no problem it will be done. In Sunday I called and messaged only to be told that their printers was not working and that because the printer didn't work I dont qualify for the special. How is that my problem I dont know. The manager is a rude idiot who knows nothing about customer service and all she did do is tell us how the owner Afzad said she cant entertain any the complaints that the customers have put through.

My uncle office had their party on sat so a cake was ordered from them. Was not too happy as his office turned forty and the forty on the cake was put the other way when one of the staff went back and asked to make a new cake their reply was they done have another sponge the party was at one end of day of one pays for service then a good service is expected
