Great customer care. Good service all in all plus there's steers and debonairs to just chill and grab a bite.

Petrol attendances here do not understand customer care. I was there in the morning on my way to work and I stood for more than 5 minutes without anyone coming to assist. They were just relaxed as if it's the middle of the day and I saw many of us motorists were annoyed at the service. I'm not sure where the attendants were but they seem to dissapear because about 3 cars were parked without attendants. They should really understand the value of time.

I had to fetch my mom from this petrol station as her shuttle service use this as a drop off and pickup point. I saw the bad reviews and to my suprise I also have to agree with the bad reviews. The staff are extremely rude, unfriendly, unhelpful for such a busy engen station. Wow I was shocked to say the least ! I parked my car next to a pump, thinking since I am here now I might as well use the time while I wait for my mom to fuel up. No one came to assist me. I then got out of my car to ask for help. The one attendant stood there doing nothing. When I said hello twice then he only looked at me. I could see the irritation he had with me, (immediately thinking back at the bad reviews) and I then just immediately said sorry I bothered I just changed my mind I don't want petrol anymore and I got back into my car. I will never attempt to fuel up there again. The rudness, almost something like hatred I felt from the attendant was enough to make me realize I don't HAVE to support this business at all !!!! To the owner: Fix this problem, this is actually absolutely disgusting, sir !!!!!!!

It's a very big and busy engen. The only reason I am giving it a 3 star is because I waited for a while before I was serviced even though it wasn't so busy when I arrived.

Not friendly staff. Extremely busy as it is on the highway path. A have to, instead of a want to scenario, as I only use Engen garages. They generally have the best team to help with long roads ahead. Hope the management look at the staffs behaviour.

Got helped eventually. It's the longest wait at any petrol service station I know of. Not because they were that busy but not very eager to help. Experienced this before from the same place. Gave it another chance but not again.

Specials in the store are always my favorite as a traveller.

Forecort manager is very rude and arrogant! Swore me with f's because I tried to return a product which I wasn't satisfied with. He just flung his hand at me and walked away, told me to come back later.

Love this place, everytime when I arrive in PTA, I drive into this gas station for refreshments.Wow, good and friendly employees there.Keep up the good work. Thanks for allowing us to park in your parking bays to refresh after connecting with your Province. Big up.
