I took my nephew to collect his new vehicle from Pat Hinde Toyota Springs and the sales lady (Michelle) was very friendly and helpful; even though it was after hours on a Friday night! She made us feel welcome and comfortable. It was great to see an established security firm's guard on duty while we were busy.

They have promised me silver color car and very next day they refused that they won't be able to give me that color..After which I was agreed on the other color. When everything was finalized and I was about to receive my car next day their salesman(Janus) called me and said that I need to pay some extra amount for my car. When I refused and wanted to go with the quotation which was agreed before, they have refused and misbheaved. I had a word even with the manager(Raymond) but he was also very unprofessional..worst experience ever..if Toyota runs business via these typeof people. Their future would be in a huge trouble..

Got a car from here and the customer service was really good. My only complaint is that when I booked the car for service the appointment was set for 6 am but when I got here I found that the place only opens at 7h30

Worst dealershop, wouldn't advise anyone to buy the.I bought a car there but the car license disc was expired and the spare keys was not given on the day of purchase. When i enquired I was guaranteed that I would get it as soon as possible but no one called or made a follow up, instead I had to call and run back and forth to be taken seriously. The manager is forever not found at the branch to assist with such issues even the line supervisor. Once the started responding to my complain, they communicated with my partner without my consent, of finding out if it okay to communicate with him.
