Jayden was contacted in December 2021 to have my dining chairs and the drawer done. The seats of the chairs were replaced and the drawer repaired and stained. His workmanship is good however he possess pathetic customer service skills. 50% of the money was paid after the furniture was collected...,I never heard from him about the progress of my furniture until I started calling numerous times. Then he sent a few images about the progress being made. The furniture was delivered on a Friday night after a long wait. Indeed I was happy about the good makeover done. Jayden informed us that they discovered some books and albums in the draw which we had forgotten to remove. Arrangements were made for him to drop it of at a mall in toti....it's now August 2022 and he hasn't returned it. I called and messaged him on numerous occasions to even go personally and fetch them from the factory, he doesn't take my calls nor respond to my messages. These recipe books and photo albums have been with us for decades. He blatantly ignores my calls and messages. What kind of a business are you running that you ignore your customers once payment is made.., I see this is a trend because other customers have also complained about the similar problem where calls and messages are ignored. One particular day I called several times, he never answered, at that moment, I asked another family member to call from a different number strangely enough he picked up. He has zero customer service skills...I won't recommend to any other person.

Jayden was amazing when it came to having our sofas redone. Work was excellent and turn around time was great.However after service is not great at all.We have been trying to contact him for more work that we wanted him to do as well as one of the handles on our recliners that he replaced is not working. He won't take our calls or reply to any whatsapps.I have no other choice but to make the public aware of this as it is very frustrating for us.
