As first time sellers, we were completely new to everything concerning the selling of our home. As a potential buyer I have found them to be unhelpful and disinterested. I asked to be kept in the loop about other offers after a viewing as I was getting my bond approval. I had to reach back out to find out an offer had been made and that the place was no longer available. Successfully placed an offer I am happy with for another property and a different agency. Good first impression of Realtors, but a bad aftertaste.

I can definitely recommend Taryn van Schalkwyk.She is lovely to deal with, friendly, compassionate and efficient.My Dad passed away last year October and in order for us to finalize his estate we had to sell his flat in the retirement centre. It was a very stressful time for me and I felt at times we are never going to get a buyer.Taryn always remained positive and encouraged me when I felt less positive.Needless to say my Dad's place was sold and registration took place this week.Once again Taryn, THANK YOU so much, you are truly the best!!!!
