All was well in terms of Rooms n Admin staff BUT the Kitchen service is so how unfriendly, unprofessional and too intimidating. They are very much GOSSIPING n their looks are unfriendly. Theres no Guest service, don't tell yu wats for breakfast, don't even ask how to prepare yo meal eg. eggs, bacon n wors etc. They are too casual n relaxed those ladies. They spend more tym concealed in the kitchen behind the closed large curten. I was really not impressed when I had to go call them fo service. Thats the breakfast team!!!

Rooms are nice and clean. if u are lucky to get a sea facing room the views of the beach front are absolutely beautiful. Down side if they are fully booked parking inside can be a nightmare and the public zones can do with a revamp and made more comfortable.

The rooms are not well maintained. Wardrobe doors are falling, track door inside the room open, shower door broken. I opened the curtains and there were lots of spider webs

Water is cold in most rooms. Air conditioning not working in most rooms even electric blankets. So the rooms become cold.. this is not a 3 star it's definitely a 1 star and I'm being generous.

They could have done better with the hygiene of the place. Rooms had a musty smell and mould on ceilings even in the bathrooms. Conference room did not meet the standards for holding meetings. Dining/eating in the same conference room was just destructing. Conference room had a musty smell and the windows could do with some cleaning.

My colleagues and I booked Zensa for just a Friday afternoon...last week the 28th of November. We had the time of our lives!!! Everything was done beyond expectation...the venue, the decor, the foooood...wow...just out of this world!!! Our special thanks goes to Zisanda and team for making our day the most memorable.
