A pleasant shopping experience with a very helpful young lady.

The biggest mistake ever made coming into this shop. My mom and I came to have new bras fitted. The lady gave us bras to fit and said it's the size we should take. While fitting I told her it feels tight and I think I need a bigger size but she said it's going to stretch and I shouldnt take a bigger size. R1000 we paid for the bras for myself and my mom. After a day my mom called and explained to the lady that the bras are too tight for both of us and it's extremely uncomfortable. She said there's nothing she can do but we can come in and she can have a look. The next day we came and fitted on the bras again to show her how tight it is and she said no it's not and it's supposed to sit like this. We kept telling her its tight and it's choking our backs. She said she didn't force us to take it and she can't exchange it. She gave us extenders for the bras instead. So we basically stuck with these bras that hurt us and we paid so much for. We thought we are going to have it professionally fitted but ended up spending so much money on Bras we can't wear. I wouldnt recommend going there.

Bad service. Bad service. Shocking. Should improve on communication. Regular experience. Rather purchase online from overseas companies than to purchase from body fashions.
