The store is huge and spacious great clothing items i can't get enough

Service was not bad

Mr Price as shop brings us affordable clothes. But the service is always poor at that shop. Workers on the floor are NOT HELPFUL, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO WORRY IN THE WORLD. There was one pair left of boys sandals with no price tag. They just said there's no price they can't help. Other staff are just standing talking to one another while tills queue is not moving. Always hot in that shop in this heat all lights on. I spotted one standing fan. Why are the aircons not working January to December. Its a disgrace!!!!!!

Had the worsed experience at Mr Price Maponya mall today, the staff members were sweeping right in front of customers while shop we literally had to stop and wait for them to sweap while having conversations amongst themselves. When you ask for their assistance they just not interested, the ladies who were working at kids (girl's department) showed that they did not care about customers. Electricity went off just before the store closed and one gentle man informed the customers that they can only accept cash payments however there ladies who were at the tills yelled at him telling him that we should all leave they don't can't continue to sell, the generator was on like it usually is when there's loadshedding in the morning or during the day. They service was absolutely horrible today.

When you want to collect your online order be prepared to wait while they all ignore you until they show up whenever it suits them.

I like this shop a lot, Its clothes is up to date almost all people in the township love shopping at this shop.. They really have beautiful clothes

Service is excellent I got everything I needed and even get extra at best price

The store has very long ques and they cater mostly for card buyers. Cashiers dissappear from the till area knowing that is festive season. In the cash line there was a wait for over 30 minutes before service was given to customers. No explanation whatsoever was provided. O could give the store 0 stars honestly.
