If I could give a negative star I would. I went to Maponya Pick n Pay to buy pork chops and the tray had 4 chops on top only to find meat bits and bones at the bottom. This is so disappointing and frustrating that the store don't even feel bad. Would definitely not recommend yeerrr

From the new management at Nothridge Mall in Bloemfontein, the service is pathetic. There are never fresh products in stock as well as general products such as All Gold and many more. I am aware of many complaints from people in my area who no longer want to buy from Pick a Pay. How does the head office not check up on the management? It's absolutely unacceptable from such a big company.

Ordered online today. (Not the first time). I order online as for whatever reason it is not possible to go to the shops myself. All the perishables received are expiring tomorrow or Friday. Why would I or anyone buy fresh products or bread etc that is expiring within a day? Why are your stores sending expiring goods out to people who are not able to check the sell-by dates before paying? Disgusting! I did not order from a reduced price table of fridge. I payed FULL PRICE. Also basic products not available such as bananas, 2kg packets of potatoes, apples etc. Also, many of the products shown as available and ordered are not delivered and repayment" is due. This adds up to extra bank costs. Very disappointed in P&P. Your prices are higher than your opposition and your service worse. I did use your opposition but they are experiencing problems with their online purchase service. Shape up. Only a drop in the bucket. But many drops make a difference."

Doesn't even deserve a starI have bought pajamas online on the 24th of November. I didn't receive a confirmation email or a order number, but the money was deducted from my account. I've went to the shop that weekend and bought the pajamas in store.I have phoned a few times and send a few emails, but seems like nobody cares or wants to help. Every time I phone there is a lot of excuses. The money was supposed to be paid in my account 2 weeks ago already, but nothing has happened.The service I'm receiving from customer care is useless and nobody cares to help sort the problem out.I will be going to social media and report everything to Hello Peter. Such services will not be tolerated and until this matter is resolved I will keep posting about it.

Good day I would like to share that pick n pay trade route mall lenasia has the worse service ever.. Wen u go there shelves are always empty.. Knowone around to ever assist either.. Was there on Sunday so many specials but no stock.. Managers are unfriendly as well...

Cosmo City Picn Pay can do better on customer service at the tills. You management must catch a wake up. You cannot service your clients at the express till with 1 personnel during peak hours. I cannot be spending my lunch time in the queue while your store manager is chatting away not paying attention to the needs of paying customers. After i promted him to hand over float to another personnel only then was there a result (I actually finished my food while in the queue ) why must i delegate to a full time staff?? To top it all i contacted customer service call centre and there too the incompetent agent Lebo/Lelo put me on hold and then cut the call only to send a text that the matter has been resolved. Disgusting!!You can do better guys.

I am very irritated as I cannot get hold of Mulbarton Pick n Pay. The telephone cuts off, once you select the number or it goes to voicemail. Their whatsapp online help also doesn't help. Just no reply. This is absolutely unacceptable! Need to place an order for tomorrow and cannot get hold of anyone. You need to look into this matter, as you are losing customers. Very unhappy. would have preferred to give you a zero.

Your systems are not customer centric, I bought items from Fourways Crossing and need to eclxchange at Festival Mall, what a mission. We got the transaction number from your Loyalty Cards but cannot get the receipt emailed to them. I am asked to drive 100km for this, how on earth? Your Fourways Crossing and Head Offie telephone numbers are not working.
