This is where we have taken our rescue pup since adopting " him ... We have been happy with the friendly and efficient service received from the vets and their support staff. A shame that whomever does their accounts is not on par! We were charged for a service which was only half rendered and then received an invoice for medicine which we didn't get or need!? A month on - still no response!?"

Bad experience.. One vet that should have arrived at 12pm had still not arrived by 12.45 and other vet was running 15 min late so never got to have appointment. Went to rosmead instead

After a misunderstandingLauren phoned me to explain the situation and I felt horrible for leaving a bad review and personally want to apologise. We have always been happy with the service at this vet and I was a bit confused with the conversation I had with my boyfriend and the miscommunication between the vet. Very bad experience at this vet. When i brought my perfectly healthy cat in for his annual vaccination, the consultation table had secretion and blood spots on from previous animals that the doctor had seen that day.. I had to point it out to actually have it cleaned. Used needles were laying openly on the counter and not disposed of immediately... All that i was told was that they were busy and under staffed that Saturday hence the oversight. Will definitely not be back.

Dr. Makin is a fantastic surgeon. He performed a challenging surgery (in my opinion) on my female dog to remove a tumour. He also helped us with two tough surgeries on my other baby. Dr. Lauren is also a fantastic vet with a great bedside manner. They are professional and some of the few vets that can always answer my questions. I would highly recommend this veterinary hospital. We go nowhere else.
