Bolt Office Johannesburg

I’ve been driving with bolt for almost 1 month. The registration process was unnecessarily long, I had to constantly call the bolt registration number for them to take me seriously. Now that I’ve been driving, the app doesn’t allow me to cash out the money that they owe me. I drove 50 Kilometers to the head office in randburg just to find out that the head office has shut down. I’ve emailed all the emails associated with bolt that I could find online and I’ve yet to get any feedback. I’m considering taking legal action against bolt as they are neglecting me and withholding my funds without no valid reason.

since ordered Food at 19:48 till now which is 21:25 and counting the food has not arrived. Called the restaurant and they advising me to complain as they don’t know if I’m gone be refunded or not… Worst service

I requested a ride from boksburg to fourways with Milli for R232 in Go but when I got my invoice I was charged R129 and now I have to submit the invoice to my company ,they will think I took the remaining balance while I paid in full.Bolt drivers are scammers now please people look out

Last week I advertised a TV as well as a Blu-ray DVD machine together with the anti-theft wall mounting on Facebook. A guy contacted me and said he would buy it from me and a Bolt driver would come to pic it up. The driver was here within a few minutes and he took the things from me. The next day he phoned me and tell me he still have everything as the guy he had to take it to, tried to rob him. Well needless to say, it was a scam because the guy didn't pay me as well. I asked the Bolt driver to bring the items back to me - he agreed if I was willing to pay the trips - which I agreed to. I've paid the money in his cell number. Last hear of him for quit a while! Later he phoned me and said he was willing to bring it if I pay him more money. I said I will give it to him in cash, he refused and that was the last I heard from him. He doesn't read his WhatsApp messages and his phone goes on Not available" immediately. So actually he stole my TV

They be playing and wasting our time here. How can you but a number on the profile while they never pick up their phones, I’m seriously very mad I have been scammed by a bolt driver on Friday and there’s nothing I can do about it, having a look at people experiences and complains in here it just shows how incompetent and useless the company is.

Constant problem with app and payment methods use ubber eats and indriver rather more reliable and less drama

Bolt charged me 4 different time even though I only took one ride. The amounts are all different. Worse part is I only got notified of the one charge of the ride that was actually approved. The other 3 were rejected but I paid for them.

If the support personnel don’t give actual assistance by tomorrow. I PROMISE YOU, I’m arriving in person with a sheriff to serve you with a Summons. YOU are vicariously liable for your drivers. DOESNT MATTER WHAT YOU SAY. 4 days down the line and your support has been useless. IVE BEEN WITHOUT MY WALLET THIS WHOLE TIME.I’m coming to your office in Randburg to serve you THURSDAY if I don’t get a response from support tomorrow. I’m DONE with your weak policies and liability avoidance.

Requested a driver from OR Tambo International Airport. Your driver arrived and once we got into the vehicle he had cancelled the ride and asked us how much the app said the trip was, hence pocketing the money.Then asked my husband to input our home address onto Waze for directions.Absolute dishonesty!!!!They cannot be trusted because there is no traceability of their drivers whereaboutsor proof of the ride you have taken.Should something bad happen, you will not be able to open up a valid case against Bolt or the driver as there is no proof of the service supposedly" provided."

You offer the worse service even taxi driver take us serious when we lost our items on they taxi ,i have been in contact with someone from your offices the whole day yesterday ,He couldn't even assist me although I gave them the drivers name ,phone number and even the car registration but still nothing ,not even a bit of feedback
