EDIT 30/07/2020: A week after my initial review, I now had two threats of legal action against me from Beauty Fires because of this review.I received terrible service from Jamie at Beauty Fires. When in the showroom he promised stock availability, and when I paid the 90% deposit required for securing an installation he told me they don’t have stock and I would have to wait.When installation happened the fireplace I ordered had a deep scratch on the top and I immediately photographed it and emailed it to Jamie who didn’t take it seriously and said it could be fixed with a spray paint. The installation company Karoo*Fires sprayed one spray on the scratch making it worse and leaving a mark.The ceiling plate that was sent with the installation team did not fit as we have an unusual shape roof, which I told Jamie about before ordering, and sent a number of photos to him about.Jamie insisted that we start making fires and that all will be taken care of. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for a proper response from Jamie, who refuses to answer my questions properly on email.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. You can get the same brands from elsewhere that might actually care about customer service.

Jamie,We are just loving our recently installed fireplace.Thank you for the excellent service that Splitpoint received from the getgo to completion of the entire job. There was not a glitch. Our dealings with all staff from admin around quoting ,billing and deposits etc to the very efficient installation team was profressional , friendly and seamless. I was sceptical at first as the positioning was quite tricky. The installer immediately put our minds at rest and walked us through the installation, explaining his intention. What a pleasant experience. Thank you.

Jamie, the National Sales Manager at Beauty Fires, is genuinely good person. Things went wrong during the installation, which obviously happens, but Jamie consistently did his utmost to fix everything to my satisfaction. A rare experience with home-renovation service providers, who in my experience generally mislead you and take shortcuts. Jamie takes the opposite approach. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Beautiful showroom and quality product. I was very impressed with the installation. Very professional crew. Jamie even recommended a fireboard we used. Getting my fireplace was money will spent.
