now this is service!!!!!!!!!!!!arrived on time, fixed my pump leaks in no time and instead of just fixing another problem i had he gave me some advise on how to do it myself and saved me R850 if he had to do it. but the part that blew me away..... the next day he called to follow up if all was in order.NOW THAT IS SERVICE!!!!!!!

If I could rate - 10, I would. Most unproffesional service from Rohan. Does not know how to be proffesional, how to work with clients or do his job. Sarcastic person with a massive chip on his shoulder. Do yourself a favour and stay as far as possible away from Weskus pools!

We requested their services, not only did we wait for the quote and needed to follow up to give them business, they subcontracted our property. After being at the property and the pools not being up to parr and being unable to reach them for more than an hour, the respone from Rohan was not only rude, but completely unprofessional and to be quite frank very arrogant. We as clients just requested assistance and were informed they will no longer assisted. All in all if you are looking for a unhelpful and childish pool service providerers - call then up!

Fantastic service. Explained all the costs in advance. Stuck to his comments, despite bad weather. The pump, which required some repairs, is now operating as though it just came out of the box. Great experience and value for money.

The Weskus pools guys are absolutely fantastic. I have dealt with them on two occasions and both times have had great service. Really no need to look any further. They will go the extra mile for you.
