Very disappointed with service...Sat for twenty minutes with no movement of vehicles....appeared to be a lot of talking going on, eventually left and went to Caltex, Kibler Park, much better service.

18/05/2022 19:00 Suzuki Swift SilverHalf the pumps not working, for those that work there is no assistance , waiting whole time and nobody throwing in petrol!!! Will never use this station again. I would fire everyone here because they are causing this Engen alot of money for people not doing their work and clients not coming back.

Overall I think this is a pretty good Engen. Haven’t really had poor service. Due to a previous security incident, after around 9pm they don’t accept card payments for fuel - only cash - which I don’t quite understand why. Also you aren’t allowed into the store at night so you have to know what you want to get to let the store assistant know to get it for you.

I pulled in to put in some petrol only to find two pumps open and they were both busy. Finally got to pump and asked for petrol and also asked for him to check my oil , water and tyres for me. I went into the shop and when I came out I asked him if he had checked my tyres only to told that the air wasn't working so I paid him and gave him a decent tip . He did nothing else as well besides put in petrol because later that day I was told that my bonnet was open. I'll rather drive a little bit future and go to the Caltex in Kibler Park were you get decent service.

Just got told that we cannot fill up with diesel and pay with card. Only cash after 9pm? That makes zero sense. Your garage doesn't want to make money. Poor representation of Engen!! Disgusted

Diesel 50ppm very well priced. Probably the cheapest in the South of JHB for any ENGEN filling station. Staff friendly and helpful.

After using both the shop and petrol pumps for over 18 years , their new rules and regulations and ridiculous prices have put a very bad taste in my mouth . I will no longer be using their services and I will encourage everyone I know to do the same .
