I have always had a very great experience at this filling station. The convenience store on site is one of the best stocked shops in the area and offers a very decent array of food, refreshments and other items you'd expect to find at a fuel station. In heavy traffic, it can be a bit tricky to navigate into the station, but beyond that I have never had any complaints, whatsoever!

Rubbish service and an even more rubbish manager who refused to help a customer in distress. Never have I been to a petrol station that blatantly refused to assist a paying customer to change a tire. Rubbish excuses as to why they do not as well. ZERO client centricity. Worst experience at a petrol station ever.

I bought a combo, just this morning 24/04/19 to enter the current running competition, the cashier, obviously a trainee was not told about. I had to leave my till slip and a lady wrote my number on the back and said I would get a notification, I know I wont, that's what they said last time. I get to the office, sit down to have my pie (cheese griller) when I couldn't bite into it I opened it. It is almost completely green on the one side. I have been calling the garage, no answer. I am on my way back to return this thing they sold me.uPDATE: I took the cheese griller back and they apologized saying that they(staff) told them (management) that cheese grillers get very dry if they are continuously heated. they gave me another pie and actually sent me a code for the competition. :)

Their service is very similar to that of public servants, they clamped my car and had nerves to tell me that they will unclamp if a paid a bribe, one tall dark guy with a Grey t-shirt,light skinned guy with blue and green stripes work suit and one short guy with the red and black total uniform were willing to take a bribe.When I asked them to call their manager I was told that he is very busy in the office.i ended up swiping R400 at the till to get my car unclamped.

Throughout my time at this filling station, my experience has consistently been exceptional. The store available at the location is generously stocked with a wide range of food, drinks and other conventional fuel station products, making it one of the finest options in the region. Navigating into the station during periods of heavy traffic may pose a challenge, but apart from that, there have been no concerns raised whatsoever

For as long as that petrol station has been revamped they never answer the phone. Always disconnected! Guess I will stop supporting this petrol station and support the BP on Smit Street!
