Best service ever

I bought two hanďbags and put in a laybuy for a travel set on Thursday and I went back to the shop on Friday to go buy more items. When I got there there was another travel set on sale and I then asked the sales consultant if we can cancel the laybuy and rather take the item on sale. He consulted with the supervisor and she advised that it's not possible to cancel the laybuy , unfortunately the lady who assisted us with the laybuy never told us about the terms and conditions. When the supervisor contacted her manager she gave me feedback that they will assist me and the cost of the cancellation will be covered by the lady who assisted us with the laybuy. I feel it was an honest mistake from her side and then offered to cover the 25% cancellation fee. Honestly will never ever support this company ever again. I feel bad for those hardworking employees. Your laybuy rules should be displayed or printed on the slip to cover the employees.

Staff are friendly and go the extra mile to assist you. Very nice selection of luggage to choose from as well as bags, purses and wallets. I always go back to this store.
