Failed to deliver item ordered early in January, blamed courier company. Promised to deliver another item within 2 days. Still have not received almost 1.5 months. Terrible service. Customer service fails to respond timeously or they just ignore you.

Ordered original printer cartridges HP 650 at a great price. There was a delay in handling my order due to load shedding. I called up the contact number and order was delivered the next day. Thanks to the ladies who helped. Will buy again and recommend.

Would definitely not recommend anyone to use this Company. There turnaround time is ridiculous. And the the customer service non existing. If you need someone fast this is not the way to go.

Terrible customer service. On the 28 September 2022 we purchased an MK kit for the value of R14,426.75 and never received stock. To-date we still have not received stock. We have requested numerous times for stock or reimbursement and we have been completely ignored. It is now the 9th of March 2023. This doesn't even deserve a star.

I'd rate them as satisfactory. I ordered a product online that I've been looking for for over a month. OEMIT had it in store, for a slightly higher price then other online shopping websites. After I ordered the product, I was contacted to be informed that the item wasn't in stock and the system had an error on it. I requested a refund and the sales manager ensured that I received it by following up and checking in to ensure my pain points were resolved. I gave them 4 stars due to the system error and minor mistakes from the teams side with my order. They were extremely helpful and available at most hours of the day (even at 24h00 at night)
