KSD Drivers Licence Testing Centre

They are trying. There's a huge improvement from the previous time I used their services. The ladies in the licensing office are genuinely committed on their jobs. There are however still some officials who still have the old unwelcoming attitude. The security personnel are also very helpful and welcoming.The network connectivity is still a huge challenge however, especially for checking the fingerprints results. I visited the office 6 times, and every time, I was told that the network was down.

Got here at 7am, was 25th on the list. Load shedding started at 11am, they managed to help 23 people and at 13:30 they sending everyone home. We told to return tomorrow to experience the same hell. Why are they closing at 4pm if they sending people away at 1pm.

This testing centre that will always tell you that the eye test machine is broken. Even if you can be 15 they will take the whole day and try to work fast after lunch. They don't deserve even this 1 star. They are too lazy.

This was quicky and and easy lot of improvement i'm in impressed, It took me less than 20mins to finish my booking..

Terrible, I arrived there at 06h00 in the morning. I was there until 16h00 in the afternoon. The service was very slow. its traumatic to wait so long in this 4th industrial revolution era. sort yourselves out KSD People!

Horrible, if I could score it less than 1 star I would.

I got at the Center at around 8h10am, I left it at , there's a strict intake of 50 persons, I was the 44th ! There were people turned away about an hour after I arrived, saying the place is slow is an understatement, I even asked the security guard as to why the department I was going to was so slow, he told me that at times the network in the computer system goes slow!When I finally went to pay for my PrDP renewal, I was met by a very hostile cashier, she interrogated me as to why I was doing what I was doing and demanded that I shout my first name loud while she had both my certified license copy and my iD copy infront of her, I even offered to give her my iD card but she insisted that I shouted, I even asked to give her anything with my name on it but she was compelling me to shout my name, when she saw me writing it in a blank white paper, thats when she decided to continue with the transaction, I was severely punished and embarrassed by that cashier who didn't even have a name tag on, my experience is nothing short of atrocious there!Please use that licensing department fully prepared to be verbally abused to get what you pay for..

Arrived at 6H30 in a very cold day . Only one computer working. No body seems to care. Done at 11H00. That was avery long and frustrating service.
