I can not explain how warm and lovely the staff made me feel at this Sorbet. I felt so comfortable and so taken care of. If you want a pamper day this is the Sorbet to us. My nails lasted me so long, my facial completely changed my skin for the better. I will be a returning customer for years. They’re incredible! 10/10 service.

Very bad service. Despite telling the lady before putting on the nail polish to wipe off the whatever she had filed she didn't listen and applied the nail polish. I didn't like the end result as corners had nail filing and looked untidy. Very disappointed

Lash Extensions: I was very disappointed and will never again get lash extensions here. The technician seemed inexperienced and had trouble from the start, as well as with prepping. The actual treatment took much longer than normal for such a treatment and the results were unsatisfactory. The technician cut the lashes too short and attached them poorly. After I had booked for a half set they tried to charge me for a full set.Would not recommend this branch for lash treatments.

Went to do my nails on New year's Eve. The nail technician hurt my cuticle so badly and it was bleeding. Attempted to change from gelish to gel tips. They couldn't accommodate me. As a result my nails were not toy liking. Would not recommend this service.

I went in for a facial, i was convinced by the therapist after assessing my skin to try the peel for hyperpigmentation, sadly it burnt my skin under my eye and instead of lightening my scars just added a new one! She did give me samples of a hydrating face mask, but it only helped with the peeling for the next few days. Customer service was great but I think the therapists needs to be a little more careful. This facial was not cheap so expected more!
