Always receive great service, whether for machine service or ordering and collecting coffee. Our 2 machines have worked effectively in a high demand environment with over 150 000 cups of coffee since purchased and apart from minor breakdowns on the odd occasion, have been consistently reliable.

Not good service.Very slow to fix your machine, no communication to times or dates to when the machine will be ready.Takes too long to get fixed, it’s only a coffee machine not a power station.Not impressed
